YOGA FOR THE MIND
This is a personal program combining posture, breath work, meditation and mindfulness practices that serve to rebalance the nervous system and regulate emotions through applied and trusted techniques. Stress is an unavoidable part of everyday life. These techniques will help you to better manage stress and give you back that sense of control you feel you lack in times of struggle. Also available as an 8-week course. 

REIKI THERAPY

A japanese technique to balance the body's energies, promote healing and relaxatio. A further release from stress whilst improving the body's immune system. Can incorporate crystal therapy for chakra/emotional balancing.


GUIDED CHAKRA MEDITATION

A guided meditation through each of the chakra points to clear away emotional toxins and blockages, and return the chakras to a balance. The meditation incorporates emotional awareness and release, mantra (chnating), mudra (hand gestures), colour therapy and visualisation. 


YOGA FOR ANXIETY RELIEF

Mental and emotional pain creates blockages, which inhibits space, which encourages anxiety and fear.

A comprehensive mind and body program for the complementary treatment of anxiety and emotional upheaval, and techniques available to manage these states. 

PRANIC HEALING

Introductory skills to bring awareness to and facilitate the movement and free-flow of prana through yogic breath technique. 

Through breath awareness, we become aware of our own self-healing potential and ability to free ourselves from emotional and physical toxins that hold us back.

BREATHE & RE-BOOT TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATH WORK

A powerful workshop designed to help shift deeper rooted emotional or mental tension, baggage, stress or trauma that may be causing physical symptoms through deep cleansing/ detoxifying breath work.
In this workshop, I combine Restorative Yoga postures, with deep detoxing breath work to open areas of the respiratory system, the nervous system and the chakras. 
The workshop is an opportunity to really let go of stresses and past trauma that are holding you back, creating tension and a sense of dis-ease in the body and mind. 
 When life gets tough,
all we can really do  is breathe...and re-boot.

AROMA WITH CAROLINA 
incorporates aromatherapy into the classes with delicious home blended oils to calm mind and body and achieve deep relaxation and rest. 
I make my own Rose Petal and Sweet Almond Oil base, and blend with any of the following: Sweet Orange, Geranium, Lavender, Rosemary, Tea Tree, Ylang Ylang or Olive Oil
